I have developed my professional career in Westinghouse (Spain), ITT (USA), and Telefónica R&D (Spain), mainly as a developer of classical and quantum communication systems and multimedia applications.

I have been an associate professor at the Technical University of Madrid (UPM) and at the ICAI School of Engineering of Madrid for more than 20 years, where I have taught subjects of Digital Electronics, Digital Systems, Communication Theory and Digital Signal Processing.

I have spent many hours studying physics in all its branches, as I think it is an exciting knowledge. This, together with my background on information theory, has led me to ask about the fundaments of reality.

But the universe doesn’t just come down to this. I play golf. Well, I try, as I consider it to be one of the most complex activities I have ever faced. I also practice ballroom dancing and of course enjoy my family, especially my grandchildren. And of course, I take pleasure trips whenever the occasion presents itself.
